BZ Media is looking for Short Form Creators to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a high level of English proficiency who are eager to apply their current content creation knowledge to the AI influencer space.
Developing Ideas: Conceptualize engaging short-form narratives and hooks.
Requesting Components: Coordinate the necessary assets for production.
Editing: Assemble high-quality video content tailored for social platforms.
Captioning: Write compelling captions for social media.
Variation Creation: Produce multiple iterations of content to optimize performance.
Critical Peer Review: Provide and receive constructive feedback to maintain high team standards.
System Management: Maintain an organized content system to meet quality and quantity expectations.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience making video content and an understanding of short-form content.
Prior management or leadership experience.
Experience with Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Discord, Notion and Google Drive.
An interest or passion for car culture.
A reliable computer (capable of running Adobe Premiere/Photoshop).

BZ Media is looking for a Technical Specialist to oversee our infrastructure and push the boundaries of what our content teams can achieve. This role is for a highly analytical, forward-thinking problem solver who loves optimizing systems and experimenting with the latest in AI tech.
You will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring our workflows are scalable, automated, and ahead of the curve.
Systems Operations: Manage and optimize our systems, such as Notion workspaces and Google Drive organization, to ensure team productivity.
Automation Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain n8n workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
Tech Research & Innovation: Explore, evaluate, and test emerging AI and content-creation technologies to give our team a competitive edge.
Tech Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the team, troubleshooting issues and streamlining tool usage.
AI R&D: Continuously "push the limits" of current AI generative technology.
Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to optimize output quality and consistency across all AI platforms.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in automation logic and a deep understanding of AI generative tools.
Communication & Integration: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and integrate seamlessly into our growing team.
Strong Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to identify system gaps before they become bottlenecks.
Accountability: A high degree of ownership over our core technical systems.
Proven experience in a technical leadership or systems administrator role.
Experience scaling workflows in an dynamic, remote environment.
Experience with Notion, n8n and Google Drive.
Experience with Nano Banana 2/Pro, Comfy UI, Grok Imagine, Seedream, Wavespeed, Higgsfield AI and other similar platforms.
Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts is ideal.
